Renewal Ranch was founded in 1996 by Gayla Hodges, President and Principal Consultant of Change Agents, Inc, our parent company. Our team of trained professionals and volunteers consistently strive to ensure that every training and coaching event, workshop or other event at the ranch exceeds the expectations of the participants.
Our unique programs are offered to individuals, groups, corporate teams and business leaders to enhance teaming, leadership and communication skills in order to achieve greater personal and corporate success. Equine Assisted Learning, paired with our Natural Effectiveness™ Coaching and Training methodologies, provides a learning environment that is profoundly experiential, deeply insightful, behavior enhancing and fun.
