Individual Coaching is structured around the unique and specific needs of each individual. Individual coaching plans include one-on-one time with a professional coach, training and coaching with the horses and a certified facilitator, and processing of the experience and insights gained from these interactions.
Corporate Workshops are designed with our facilitators to meet the specific needs of each corporation. The original design is based on the needs identified by corporate leaders and is adjusted as necessary by our certified facilitators to ensure attention to areas of greatest need.
Open Workshops are designed by our team of coaches and facilitators either to offer the unique Equine Assisted adventure of self-discovery or to provide coaching or training in specific areas, such as leadership development, team building, communication or life skills development. How to Create a Customized Corporate Program: Customized Corporate Programs are developed by one of our Professional Coaches and an EAL facilitator working with your corporate leadership team to identify needs and to develop appropriate coaching training experiences for your employees. Weekend and Midweek Retreats are offered for executive leadership teams and other groups. All or part of your retreat time at Renewal Ranch can be structured and programmed by our staff. We provide assistance with lodging arrangements and we can arrange catered meals during your visit.
